I’m not sure what 1 Million Facebook Likes actually signifies but I hope that it means that more people than ever appreciate the sounds of Electronic Music and are specifically excited by the music I play and produce; about the special projects, ENTER. and Plastikman Live, that my team and I put so much work into creating; and the music and artists I continue to support and develop with my labels MINUS & PLUS8.
Today marks the end of 2013 for me after an incredible finish at the BPM Festival with a mind-blasting ENTER.Experience at the Blue Parrot and a fun grand finale at our #TechnoTacos #dotUP event at El Fogon with my good friend Ali Dubfire.
2013 was another blistering year of gigs, inspiring music and career developments as we all continued together, moving with increased momentum within the ever-evolving global Electronic Music scene. Last year’s travels for me touched Africa, India and all the other continents and proved to me that there’s no one home of Electronic Music anymore, but many – spread around the globe, sustained and developed by inspired individuals and groups of like-minded people. Our scene is truly a global phenomenon, one that each of us continue to nurture; an achievement we should all be proud of.
Thanks to all of you, to my fans, to the artists and labels who continue to push the envelope with innovative and inspiring music and to each of you that make our scene as vibrant and fun as ever.
Now after nearly two years of non-stop pushing and pulling, I’m about to take a break to recharge my batteries and continue forward.
I’ll be back soon. See you in Tomorrow.
